Conceived as a bachelor retreat with modern, hotel-like flair and cozy accents, in popular downtown Alpharetta. The home has since softened with the addition of a wife! Wood clad ceilings and walls inspire conversation, while menswear fabrics mixed with rough-hewn wood promote relaxation. Multiple lounge and dining areas allow the couple to live large in 3,500 square feet. The floorplan, in fact, was the recipient of the 2019 Obe Award.
